1. Introduction
By accessing and using the Lux Blooms Miami website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, we recommend not using our services.

3. Orders and Payments
Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by Lux Blooms Miami. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Payment: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods indicated on our website. Payment must be received in full before processing the order.
4. Pricing and Availability
Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice. We strive to display accurate information but cannot guarantee that all details are up to date or error-free.
5. Delivery
Delivery Areas: We deliver to Miami-Dade and Broward counties, as well as selected areas of Monroe County, specifically Key Largo, Tavernier, and Islamorada. Delivery fees and times vary depending on the location and will be provided at checkout.
Delivery Times: While we strive to deliver on the requested date, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Recipient Availability: If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we may leave the arrangement with a neighbor or in a safe place, unless otherwise instructed.
6. Substitutions
Due to seasonal availability, we may substitute flowers or containers with items of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall aesthetic of the arrangement.
7. Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 60 minutes of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible.
Changes: Requests for changes to orders must be made promptly. We will accommodate changes when possible but cannot guarantee modifications once processing has begun.
8. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 4 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will address the concern appropriately.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Lux Blooms Miami website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Lux Blooms Miami and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
