1. General Terms
At Lux Blooms Miami, each floral arrangement is meticulously handcrafted using the finest blooms to ensure unparalleled quality and elegance. Due to the perishable nature of our products and the personalized service we provide, all sales are considered final upon confirmation of your order.
2. Order Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. Therefore, we offer a 60-minute window from the time of order confirmation during which you may cancel your order without penalty. Cancellations requested after this period may not be accommodated, as preparation and procurement processes will have commenced.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are granted solely under the following exceptional circumstances:
Product Defect or Damage: If the arrangement arrives in a condition that does not meet our quality standards due to factors within our control.
Order Discrepancy: If the delivered product significantly deviates from the confirmed order specifications (e.g., incorrect floral selection or arrangement style).
To initiate a refund request, please:
Contact us within 4 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photographic evidence of the issue.

Upon review and approval, we will offer either:
A full or partial refund, depending on the nature of the issue, or
A replacement arrangement at no additional cost, subject to availability.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
Minor variations in flower color, size, or bloom stage, as these are natural characteristics.
Damage resulting from improper handling or care post-delivery.
Delivery delays or failures due to incorrect or incomplete recipient information provided by the customer.
Requests made beyond the stipulated 4-hour post-delivery window.
5. Substitutions
In instances where specific flowers are unavailable due to seasonal or supply constraints, we reserve the right to substitute with blooms of equal or greater value, maintaining the overall aesthetic and integrity of the arrangement.
6. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all order and delivery information. Lux Blooms Miami is not liable for issues arising from incorrect details provided at the time of order placement.
