📦 Shipping Policy – Lux Blooms Miami

Delivery Areas:
We deliver to cities across Miami-Dade, Broward, Islamorada, and West Palm Beach.

Delivery Times:

• Miami-Dade deliveries: available during both morning and afternoon time slots.

• Deliveries outside Miami-Dade (Broward, Islamorada, and West Palm Beach): available only during afternoon hours (after 2:00 p.m.).

Same-Day Delivery Cutoff Times:

• Monday to Friday: orders must be confirmed by 3:00 p.m.

• Saturday and Sunday: orders must be confirmed by 11:00 a.m.

Orders placed after these times will be scheduled for the next business day.

Delivery Fees:

• Miami-Dade: flat rate of $10.

• Broward: flat rate of $20.

Order Pickup:

• Monday to Friday: pickup available at Kendall (9701 SW 152nd St, Miami, FL 33196) from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• After 6:00 p.m. or on weekends: pickup available at Homestead (11844 SW 273rd St, Homestead, FL 33032) until 9:00 p.m.

Recipient Availability:
Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. If no one is available, a rescheduling fee will apply.
